MULONDO holds a Masters of Law from the University of Nairobi. He is also pursuing a Masters of Laws in Information Technology from University of South Africa and is a former member of the ICT Committee of the Law Society of Kenya. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
He is the partner in charge of Conveyancing and Arbitration and has experience spanning over 11 years in Land Law, Conveyancing in general and securities documentation as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. For several years, Mr. Mulondo was in charge of the Conveyancing department at the firm of Cheptumo and Company Advocates where he handled securities documentation for over ten banks and other corporate institutions until he resigned and became a founding partner of Mulondo, Oundo, Muriuki& Company Advocates wherein he has been in charge of the Conveyancing department to date.

He also has wide knowledge in Arbitration having conducted several important Arbitration matters on behalf of Kenyatta National Hospital among other large corporate institutions.

In addition, Mr. Mulondo has been in personal conduct in Conveyancing matters involving registration of various securities such as Charges, Mortgages, Debentures, Chattel Mortgages and related documents for the various banks and institutions.
